1) Next President
a. Ken will be stepping down as president at the August 2nd meeting
-- Cites inability to make time commitment necessary to keep momentum and desire to bring new people into leadership positions

2) Organizational Update
a. Bank Account
-- Rebates are up to date- $552 in bank account. Still have check for $1292.68. Total assets are $1844.68
b. Re-affiliation- Successful!!

3) Membership- ... the drive is ON!
a. Goal- New member each day
-- Responsibility will shift to a new individual each month
-- 500 people already invited
b. $15 fee can be paid via three vehicles: 1) NPCA website, 2) Mail, 3) In-person

4) Publications
a. Trident looks great and is ready for launch- Amazing Virginia!

5) Conference in DC weekend of 8/1 8/4: Con Call 8/2 at 3 p.m.
a. Next call will touch on specifics
b. Proximity to NPCA
c. Timing should allow for numerous folks in education field to attend

6) FOU 3rd Goal Begins!!! Funding Ukraine-Related Projects
a. July call will be forum to discuss possible organization that might receive the two $500 grants available this year.
-- Examples- Community partnership project, RPCV NGOs, Ukrainian NGOs ...
